Divisional Strategy Development

  • Facilitated multiple international teams in the development and execution of their functional strategies aligned to the new corporate business strategy

  • Conducted a complex assessment of the R&D governance involving 15 committees and councils prior to the integration of two large organizations.  Analysis and recommendations were used post-integration for an effective governance model
  • Developed and facilitated workshops for Roles and Responsibilities (RACI) to define functional scope, create clarity for compliance issues and break down silos
