- Facilitated multiple international teams in the development and execution of their functional strategies aligned to the new corporate business strategy
- Along with senior leaders, created the roadmap coupled with Key Performance Indicators for tracking success and enabling course corrections when needed
Governance, Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducted a complex assessment of the R&D governance involving 15 committees and councils prior to the integration of two large organizations. Analysis and recommendations were used post-integration for an effective governance model
